The cleaning and inspection process of my ring was efficient and well done. What I wasn't ok with was the associate helping us not listening to me or my husband and being super pushy. There also seems to be some discrepancies of information between Zales stores that I will be clearing up at the usual store I visit.

Had great wedding bands purchased & resize request taken care of by Victoria! Wonderful customer service and very people like person. She knew what to recommend, encouraged choices and explained in great detail on the rings I chose, also with a little help from Suman. Great job you two. I’m coming back for more when I ain’t that poor. Lol

These people are SCAMMERS!!!!
I ordered something for my friend’s birthday but the pickup wasn’t ready until two weeks after the birthday. It was already a disappointment and a waste of time. I wanted to cancel the order but they told me they could do nothing until the item arrived in the store from their warehouse. I wait couple of weeks and the item arrived in the store but only 1 of the 2 items that I ordered arrived. So now I wait another week and finally 2nd item arrived and all of a sudden they have change in their managers policies that I have to be in store to cancel the order. I am not in the country and I am only shopping for my friend. Now they ask me to call the customer service which I already did several times. They say now I have to wait until the order gets timed out. Simply horrible. Don’t ever waste your time doing your business with these people, shop elsewhere. I feel like I got scammed.
