My Fiancée and I opened Tisha’s Mid-Cities Flooring Experts at the end of 2019. It is just the two of us and for anyone who knows what it is like to start a business from the ground up, there are so many surprises and obstacles to overcome just to get your first customer. Starting a business is exciting, but can very quickly become overwhelming. We had been working on our business for a few months when we reached out to Hannah Wells with XM Performance looking for advice. s

We honestly were embarrassed to present what we had so far, as we were working and stressing over our business, but knew it was not going to go far if we continued the path we were on. Hannah did not judge us harshly and gently walked us through the tunnel to the light!

There were many times that we were struggling on prioritizing what needed to be done, when it should be done, and who was going to do it. Our plates were already too full, and there is so much more needing to be done.
