We really enjoy going to Wyatt estate sales. We always find something beautiful and for a great price. Linda and her husband are wonderful people and they have a great team of helpers to help buyers lift and pack their furniture purchases. It was a fun and meaningful experience. We will definitely go again!

After my mom passed away in May, I was left with a home and a large quantity of over seventy years of housekeeping items. I felt as if I didn't know which way to turn, and living out of town somewhat complicated the situation even more. Someone at my church recommended Linda Wyatt. I contacted her and she and her husband came to meet with my brother and me. We decided on an estate tag sale. Linda was caring, very personable, yet professional. She was willing to answer our questions and welcomed our opinions. She took charge and stayed in touch throughout the process. The sale was in September, and the house is now completely empty and well cleaned as promised. I can't say enough nice things about Linda and her work. She knew this wasn't easy for me and was compassionate from beginning to end. I feel like I have gained a true friend. I couldn't have done this without her.

Linda Wyatt has just completed the Estate Sale of my parent’s home of some 50 years. Linda is meticulous, professional, responsive and most importantly trustworthy. She realizes the emotion involved in closing a loved one’s estate and responds with respect and kindness. She explains the process and billing clearly so that you know generally what to expect with cost. Linda worked well with my realtor in some unexpected situations that are common in closings. We communicated often and though I was in another state, Linda kept me abreast of progress with going through my parents things. I had a few precious items that were not to be sold, Linda kept these in a safe place. Overall I felt that Wyatt went far beyond what was required of her job to be sure that items were sold , advertising was wide spread and finally that the clean out of the house was meticulous. I highly recommend her.

Linda and her team recently handled an estate sale at my aunt's home after she moved to an assisted living facility, and we are very satisfied with the results. Linda kept us well-informed of the progress and of any issues that needed attention. She and her team were very efficient and professional during the process, but it was their kindness and understanding of how hard it can be for someone leaving one's home that stood out for me. Linda was so gracious to address any concerns that my aunt had. I knew that my aunt's interests were in good hands, and Linda and her team did not disappoint. Linda and her team did a professional job liquidating my Aunt’s home when she moved to an assisted living center. I live 2 hours away and had no worries as she kept me informed throughout the process. I felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of my Aunt’s possessions but Linda was confident she could handle it and she did. I was extremely pleased with the work she and her team did. Oh my goodness, I love going to the Wyatt sales. They always are there to meet you at the door and go out of their way to help you find what you came after. The prices are Great and you always come away making a new friend. The people that go to these sales are like family and me and my Husband have made life long friends st theses sales. We always go at least two days if not all four days of the sales, we just love the the people. Linda Wyatt and her helpers that work with her go out of there way for you.
