I had occasion to work with the Wonica team in appraising and selling my brother’s home after his unexpected death. I was treated with the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, and sensitivity. Both Messrs. Wonica are readily accessible at all times and answer every question with patience and good humor. They are true experts in terms of the process, the market, and having personal knowledge of all the players. It is very comforting in a difficult situation to deal with professionals who have seen absolutely everything and are happy to keep calm and carry on. In our particular situation, I asked that I not be apprised of the small and frequent details, so the Wonica team only updated me with important information. This may not be right for everyone, but it was for me, and I appreciated the personal consideration. In the end, the house sold quickly and easily at a much higher price than I could have imagined. I highly recommend the Wonica team, and would never deal with another company.

If you enjoy having to shell out money for a broker fee for the agent to do literally nothing, this is the place for you! Spent 2 weeks playing phone tag with an agent representing this company named “Tiana Baker” for a listing. She rarely responded to messages and only was productive when she thought the broker fee was on the horizon for her.
Real estate agents are like cockroaches, you don’t want them or need them, but you’re forced to deal with them in NYC. I can’t wait til legislation makes their jobs obsolete
