Attached some photos. They handled all of the AV, staging, and seating. They also handled rigging all the pictures that we had from the ceiling, as well as some additional lighting throughout the venue.

We used Wizard for my org’s 150th Anniversary Gala. Shawn was immensely helpful in all of his suggestions and paired our group up with the right people as well as made a lot of great suggestions with what would work with our group’s demographic as well as what he thought wouldn’t work based on his vast industry experience - all of which were very valid points. His whole team truly worked as partners with us to make a successful event. On the day of the event, his team were super professional and were early, got everything set up promptly and worked with the venue to ensure the flow of the evening was seamless. They were also able to pivot on our many last minute changes to the point where our guests would have never guessed that the original event plan wasn’t followed. After the event, their team were very quick to get us the video footage of the event and even followed up with us to ensure we received and the footage was exactly what we wanted.
