Now that I'm a Gold Star Family Widow, I have been rejected as a client for not filing my taxes in the last few years due to the sheer grief of the loss. This, after many years of being a client of this firm (filing joint with my husband, CAPT, 20 year Active Duty, Navy Physician stationed on base) whom we tragically lost to Covid at only 48 yrs young, in perfect health with zero comorbidities. Nevertheless, it's the utter indignancy of the assistant I spoke with twice, that leaves me aghast. I do not care if your father served as a firefighter for 20 years, is he still ALIVE
Ultimately it's not what you do in life that matters but How You Treat People & on that note, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
* It's a shame Frances (the former assistant) retired, she was a gem.
