We stayed with friends of ours in a camper weekend before last and we had a great time! The place was packed but I can see why. They had mini golf, go carts, a pool, the laundry room had air hockey (which my son loves). They also have a nice little store for any basics you might need and souvenirs as well.
We had a great time and hope to come back some time to stay in one of the little cabins or covered wagons!

Nice enough KOA but they gouge on everything. Propane is sky high. Laundry machines and dryers must be made of gold. The sites are unlevel which is understandable given the terrain. Other than the prices for services this is a nice KOA. I'd stay here again.

Stayed in the basic cabin, and it was as expected. The beds weren't bad and my son was happy there was a TV. The pictures of the campground made it look more exciting then it was. We were very excited to try it the Cafe but it was horrible. Had breakfast for two and it was almost 40.00 had to wait about 30 minutes for the food but that was expected since there was only one person working the Cafe that morning but the food was horrible. It tasted like oil. The location of the koa is amazing. Bearazona was less then 5 minutes away and same with going into town. It was a clean facility and the bathroom and showers were clean it was quite. I was just expecting more.

We did a family trip with kids and grandkids. Our rigs were parked next to each other, so that was great. Such a blast! The activities and amenities for the kids at this KOA...were endless. The staff is wonderful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The sites are pretty close to each other, but no worries for us. An all around fun weekend!

This was our second stay here (July 2024) with our first time being the last weekend of April when it ended up snowing and our plans ended up being a bit different than expected. However, both times have been absolutely great. So accommodating both times. We had dogs on both visits and July we had so many things for our kids to do. Ray seemed to be working everything we wanted to do and he was just great. Bingo, hay rides, movie time, lollipop hunt, everything. We already booked for next year again.

Just got back from spending a weekend here and can't say enough good things about this place. The staff was all super helpful and nice. They all went out of their way to make sure we were having a wonderful time. They have all kinds of events going on for kids. Include a super fun nightime lollipop hunt. It was very busy during our stay. However, it never felt crowded. Our spot was a decent sized pull through lot, with friendly lot mates. You do hear the trains and some highway noise but didn't find it an issue, in my opinion. We will be making another trip to this KOA for our next trip to Northern az.

Nice RV park to spend several days while visiting Arizona in that area of the state. Easy access to Grand Canyon, Williams, Sedona. Having breakfast and dinner available on Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun was a plus. Pool and hot tub available but did not use them. Recommend staying here if you want to visit Arizona in that area.

I would give this location a solid 4 out of 5 stars . The sites weren’t the most level but the trees provided a lovely shade . The pool was decent , the amenities were solid if you got kiddos and they communicated well with events and times things were open . The close proximity to Williams made it super convenient. I would stay here again.
