We have had Wheeler Insurance for 12 years now and I can’t say enough good things! The staff is always helpful and gets back to us when we call. We recently had an issue with our lender not sending our insurance payment (from escrow) which in turn put us at risk for losing our insurance. I called and spoke to Charles and he was wonderful and after some digging reassured me we would get it all squared away and told me to reach back out to him by the beginning of the next week and when I did I spoke to Janet and she was so extremely kind and helpful! Answered all my questions, went above and beyond to call the lender herself to try and get to the bottom of the issue and spoke to other office staff to figure out options for us incase the lender did not get the payment sent to them on time. We gave it a few more days and I called and left a message and Janet called me back within an hour with the good news that the payment posted and we were good to go. What a relief! I truly think it was Janet’s calling that lit a fire under the lender to get that payment sent in. So thankful for all of the staff at Wheeler Insurance and can’t imagine having anyone else for our homeowners insurance! Highly recommend them and will continue to be long time customers as long as they will have us! 🙂

I've been using wheeler insurance for my car insurance for a few years now. They give the best comprehensive service, very nice people.

I don't live anywhere near the insurance office and did everything remotely and the job was so easy for me I didn't have to do anything but press a button and sign the documents to get my new insurance. I was so relieved!

Finally something is easy to do and not a chore!

A very poor example of how a business should be ran. They had MONTHS to find us an insurance company after not hearing from them for a while we called multiple times leaving messages with other people and the answering machine, we also had email contact. We finally got word back and were told they have until the end of July to find us something. Fast forward MONTHS and we hear from them roughly a week before the insurance deadline telling us they can't find nothing. All this time they wasted making it seem like they were working for us and nothing, now we have to bust our humps calling insurance companies to find someone in a small time frame. Thanks for nothing wheeler insurance.
