What a phenomenal consulting firm! My team and I decided to open a deli together, all of us have a reasonable amount of experience in the restaurant industry but we needed some extra help. Tony set up everything we needed to open in less than 30 days! He highlighted each of our individual strengths and placed us into our roles accordingly to ensure our success as a team and a business. Amazing consulting company! Anthony was quick to respond to any questions or emails I had. His knowledge of the industry is incredible and you can tell that he wants the best for you and for your team to succeed. I have learned so much while working with him. He highlighted the strengths of the team and showed how to better use those strengths in a more practical way. Western States was always straight to the point and made sure that the whole team knew what was going on before anything new was taught. I spent 0ver 30 years in the restaurant business and being mentored by Tony Pantele was the most complete training I have received. Tony understands how to identify an issue, assess possibilities, and delegate to the most efficient source. He taught me how to draw out the best in my people by edifying them while holding them responsible for their actions. It was the "One Minute Manager" in continual practice. You can't fail in your restaurant endevour if you first seek out [Western States], and then put into practice what they have taught you. FIVE STARS!!!
