My instructor John did an incredible job of explaining what exactly food safety is, why it's important, and how to apply all the information in a practical manner. He also managed to create a fun and engaging environment! John knows what he's talking about and is great at translating it all into simpler terms. I definitely recommend taking his class if you need the food safety course but actually want to enjoy it!

My instructor John was very charismatic and made the information of the class easy to learn. I’ve been to multiple food courses with different companies and I can honestly say I learned more in this class than any of the others. Most instructors tend to be monotone and boring, but John found a way to make this lesson be entertaining. I would definitely recommend that you use this company.

John was the instructor for my session. He did a good job at making the class interactive, informative and interesting all at the same time. Being that he has experience in restaurants he was able to draw from that knowledge to give you great examples that went along with the material. Will definitely be referring others in my company to use Western Food Safety.

Western Food Safety was able to provide excellent training to help prepare me for the Food Manager Certificate. The instructor John was very knowledgeable and made the class much more bearable than other training programs I have been part of. Michelle has maintained excellent communication prior the class and after. I took the test online and received my Certificate immediately and when I lost it, Michelle quickly and patiently found it for me in her archives and sent it to me. I have recommended many to their course and will always be a WFS client!

My fantastic, extremely handsome and very respectful instructor john made me far more ready for my servesafe test! my experience was absolutely amazing loved the experience! highly recommended if anyone is out there trying to get certified. if or when i need to come back and get reinstated i’d hope to see him again! thank you again for such a great experience!

I can honestly say this was the best Serv Safe manager course I have taken in many years. John was spot on and such an expert. We have to appreciate an instructor who is truly passionate about the subject matter. I think it brought a lot of value to many of those attending. I would highly recommend the course and instructor for all future opportunities.
