I don't normally don't write reviews but I wanted to this time because of the excellent service Werner provided and Derrel McCoy in particular. My house was a unique one (earthship) and the tenant left it and the property in very bad shape. I showed it to a few agents and they didn't even want to touch it. When I finally got to Derrel he admitted that he didn't have
experience with earthships and what they are all about but was willing to go for it anyway and give it his best. He did not disappoint! He kept at it and did everything in his power to help. and when I got frustrated he always kept a level head and pressed on. It took less than a year for him to sell the property and frankly I believe it it wasn't for him it would have sat there for years and continued to deteriorate. Do yourself a favor and just go with Werner and ask for Derrel. It will save you a ton of stress, time, and peace of mind.

Nothing personal towards the folks who showed us our now property. I would NOT use this company. After purchase of our place we discovered many things that were not true. Such as permits, conditions of the home; we are unable to obtain an address and we are not the first in the county this has happend too. Many other things just warning future buyers. This was literally my life savings and I would hate for this to happen to someone else.
