Sherry Eddings is/was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire selling process. She went up and beyond her realtor duties as she helped me in a garage sale, constantly going to our home to check on things because of weather changes, and kept me informed every day after we moved to Illinois on the sale process. And, best of all, we made a new and caring friend in Sherry. I highly recommend her as your realtor if you are buying or selling a home.

Aundrea Rogers was amazing. She was truly patient with us since this was our first home purchase. She stayed with us every step of the way in the process. Was very open and straight with us, never pushing us into a sale. Even after closing She has been very kind, considerate, helpful, and caring when we needed it. Sherry is the best realtor we have ever met! We told her what we wanted and within a day or two she had called. We went to look at the house and my husband said that he wanted this house. We looked at some more just in case the one we wanted fell through. We never found another place that we really liked. We ended up getting the first one we looked at! Not sure where to start, but the ending is Mimi Cantu is the best person we could have ever had represent us when buying some land in Western Grove. It started with a quick intro, but soon became apparent she was the one we wanted working for us. When we found the perfect place, I knew she wouldn't let us down. A few days later and we were under contract and moving along. Throughout closing day, she kept us updated on the progress and was there for anything we needed. (And we're needy!) Hoping we have the opportunity to use her again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Weichert and Franklin Harp as my agent and I do not have enough words to say what a pleasure it has been. First time was to buy my land to build my house and the most recent was to sell the home. I broke all real estate rules when I built the biggest and most glamorous house in the neighborhood, but Franklin did not shy away from what would be a tough sell. His perseverance and constant contact as I moved out of state was spot on.
Everything from the initial presentation (where others simply ran comps) to the attention put into the listing through videos and beautiful pictures was top notch.
Franklin, checked on my house regularly (being out of town was of great comfort) and we sold my house for more than asking and the whole process was a breeze down to Franklin's professionalism and attention to detail.
