I signed up with Wealthspring several years ago. I found out about Wealthspring through the NYC Small Business services. The SBS advertised Wealthsrping as an accounting service that would help small business impacted by the lockdown to save money.

I was in the process of switching my small business to a single practice LLC and needed accounting services to slim down and save money due to cut backs from COVID. The owner and main accountant Felipe is a nice guy but I didn't feel he had the best interests of what I wanted to do with my practice. When I decided that $400 a month for booking services was not the best option for me, Felipe got rather insulted and didn't really provide much support for single practioners needing to save money. On top of that, I ended up having to pay a lot of taxers last year, that I felt could have been avoided with better advice and management for tax savings.

Lastly, when I decided that I didn't want to work with Wealthspring, I was given a very unprofessional and rude departure email from Felipe. I was a bit surprised by this and was not even given a copy of my taxes from 2 years ago that I requested for my records.

If you plan on spending at last $400 or more a month, for a small business, this company may be okay for your needs, but if you're a self-employed and looking for help with annual taxes, I would look elsewhere.
