Had to pay someone else to do the updates to my (old) computer. New hardrive and windows 10 installed. I was told by the repair technician that it wasn't worth doing and that Windows 10 couldn't be installed.
This was the second time I brought it to be repaired for the same issue. Only then, I'm told they can not update or repair.

My computer has been having issues since a download of Windows 11 was not compatible with my system. A couple of days ago it wouldn’t even come on. I called and spoke with Jennifer who reassured me they could help and to bring the machine in. She was so sweet and professional and put my mind at ease. I told her I needed it back as quickly as possible. I received a call the next day and it was repaired! I recommend them HIGHLY! I couldn’t be happier with the service. INCREDIBLE experience. Friendly and knowledgeable on the phone when I first called, and explained thoroughly what to expect. They were just as great when I brought my laptop in to be repaired. They communicated well when the work would happen, how long it would take and what was needed, and expected return of my laptop.The team performed the work quickly, letting me know via calendar updates when work was occurring on my laptop! I received my repaired and upgrade laptop quicker than expected, and the cost was more than reasonable. They do not talk 'over your head', tech-wise, and explained details of the work thoroughly. To have this kind of service was refreshing! We highly recommend🙂

They were able to diagnosis the issues, get them resolved, and return my laptop to me the following day! We had a great experience with We Fix Computers. Our initial phone call already had me feeling at ease with the company because of the professional manner in which it was handled. A technician came within the specified window and quicky was able to set up our printer to print, scan, and copy. He took the time to show us what he was doing and to answer other computer/printer questions we had. We highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arose.
