I first became aware of Mike a number of years ago after he sold our neighbors house next door. It's a long story, but that house had previously been on the market, with two other local real estate agencies, for over four years. It was an unusual house that was built as a vacation home for a large extended family. When Mike came on the scene he sold that house very quickly, and in the middle of February as I recall.

Years later, when it was decided to sell both our house, and my 93 year-old dad's house next door, I pulled Mike's number out of my desk drawer and gave him a call. It was a very good move on my part for sure!

I simply can't stress enough what an excellent job Mike did in selling both properties, and in a very short period of time. He managed each step of the process very professionally and was wonderful to deal with!

As a somewhat nervous seller I would call or email Mike regularly. Those calls and emails were always answered promptly, and any concerns I had were quickly addressed.

I simply could not recommend Mike more highly! If we ever again decide to sell or purchase a home he will be the first person I call for sure! Great job Mike, and thanks again!

I wanted to take a minute to add a review for our lakefront real estate agent Michael Travis. This was a daunting process, and I depend on others reviews when I don't really know what else to look for. From our first meeting with Mike, he made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the idea of selling our family property. He showed up with things for us to look at so we would have an idea of what he could do for us, and he followed through on all he had mentioned in our first meeting. He saw every detail through from that point -- even before we officially hired him, until the sale was complete. He was there for us every step of the way. Mike's experience showed through and paid off for us in the end!

In the process of installing our 'over the range ' microwave for which we didn't have the tools, Mike appeared at our door at 8pm to our empty but just finished build with the right tool.
