Why is it the employees always park at the front of the store? That makes no sense. Also how many employees need to be stocking in one aisle? Can’t even get through . When I say stocking I mean maybe two working … maybe. And the rest Need to have better oversight

I'm very disappointed in the walmart deli today it's a fantastic store the members are very nice. But I can't get over the no hair net thing 2 people one appears no hair net the other might as well not even have one on. Now health laws might have change over my 55 years of me being on earth but face hair as well should be addressed. I'm still going to shop here because it is the best walmart I've ever been in. Get it together management team please. This review is on 2 separate visits I was in the store 2 times in 3 days and you could not get to some isles because the stock in the middle of the day what crazy is its the same item for a 48 hr period. I no the holidays are near but it not selling product that you can't get to. It's a safety issue with kids and fire safety. I'm to the conclusion that it's new management and that Corp. Need to bring the one they had back I'm going drive the the other Walmart which is 6 miles further. This store change over night it seems.

Never enough working electric carts. The ones they do have barely run and are all broken. If you can find a working electric cart there’s always some big fat women with 3 kids hanging all over it using it.

Just moved to the area and used the pickup. It was my first time at this location - I’ve never had issues at Walmart pickup until I moved here. The woman who brought my order out kept asking if the stuff in the bags were mine - which I thought was strange. Do they not put my name on my items? I got home and realized I was missing part of my order. After being bounced around through Walmart on the phone to get a refund for 30 min, they tell me to call the 1800 number. I think your staff needs proper training on their job. Like I said, I’ve been to several Walmarts with no issue but this one was a weird experience that resulted in missing items and 0 communication.

They need a manager or someone who cares about the store. People just blow you off here. It's a little odd frankly. Really hard to buy anything that's behind glass because there's no sales associates. I'm certain it's Walmarts fault, not the good peolple in Bastrop who are working there.

Poor service. Horrible bathrooms. There's 1 wonderful door man that doesn't make me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I go to leave the building and harass me for my receipt.

I am actually at this Walmart almost every day to every other day. Play Carrie about everything you could need. The staff there for the majority are pretty knowledgeable and are willing to help get you asked

Beware! Purchased gift cards for Father's day apparently they were fraudulent. I've tried for two weeks going back and forth with customer service. I provided receipts and they have made it impossible to get refunded. Done with walmart!!
