I thought this was a good guy with some wisdom, but I discovered he was ripping me off. First he charged me for computers he didn't fix. Charged me to maintain one of my website and he let if go black for nearly two months.. but the topper to all of this is when he charged me $2000.00 just to start a website for me and after five months it still was not working.
Every time I spoke with him he said, "I've almost got it figured out." Well I didn't pay you to figure out my website... I paid you to build it. So I cancel the service and website and he says.. oh.. there are no refunds for the website. Can you believe that. He doesn't make my website and says.. opps.. we didn't sign a contract but.. if we had... you would have seen the no refund policy. Now come on Michael... do you really think I would sign a contract with a "no refund policy" if you didn't do what you were supposed to do. Now.. Let's talk about the lost to my company. First there is the waiting for four plus months and he still never launched nor did I have access. Secondly, I purchased programs that were needed for the site that I paid monthly for that I never got to use. Now the big one... I have to take this guy to court just to get my money back. I hired a guy two weeks ago and I am already on-line with more done then Visceral Concepts did in four months. Don't go to him if you want good service. He started out okay but got money hungry and didn't do what he promised. If you want a great web designer.. let me know.. I have a real one now. Don't hire this guy.. he doesn't know what he is doing.

I am not smart when it comes to web design or fixing technical problems. VC does a great job at taking care of all the things I need for my website. In this particular crazy time, being online is so important and I'm glad I have VC helping me in the digital world!
