Terrible experience!! I’m not sure what the lady name was but Ms Lady gave me soooo much attitude! She’s a tall dark skinned woman that was sitting to the left when you first walked in… she gave the lady before me attitude also! I’m not sure why she had so much attitude I literally only talked to this lady every bit of 1 min and she sucked her teeth lol Ms Lady need to find another job if she doesn’t like working at Verizon.
