Redd(I think was the gent's name, my bad for not actually asking) was extremely welcoming,helpful, and charismatic throughout the whole time. On a trip to California we needed to upgrade our phone plan. It should be noted that this store is a third-party store, not a true Verizon corporate location. They changed our plan so it was substantially higher. They told us the price would remain the same for a year, after which it would increase by $15. The plan would remain unlimited.

After we got back, we got a bill for $110, not at all what was promised. Deal with a real Verizon corporate location if you have to deal with Verizon at all.
