PREDATORS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE PREDATORS. THEY PREY ON SMALL BUSINESSES.......

My daughter and i owned a small business and came up on some hard times so we entertained the idea of getting a MCA. We went through 24 Capital. We got 10k and the pay back was 12.9k. We ended up getting in some issues and missed some payments. Called and emailed the person we went through to get this Predatory loan and informed them both of this situation. They said we will freeze the withdraws, but in fact did not. We couldn't pay. Then we start getting threatening calls and emails from these people telling us we were going to lose everything cars, and everything even our jewelry. I mean these people were nasty. Then we get letters from attorneys then we get letters and calls from a different attorneys in who we are filing complaints with the BAR association in New York over. Started contacting all of our customers freezing our payments would not work with us to pay this at all. They wanted a ridiculous amount up front. We couldn't pay it. This loan went from 10k to 47k. They file in New York when we are in Indiana knowing we can't get there for a court hearing so they automatically get a judgement. These people will confuse you, lie to you and take complete advantage of you. They are bullies and being that they have some money they get bully attorneys to do their dirty work. They are predators. Point Blank. They take advantage of small businesses. My daughter and i are now in Bankruptcy because of this. We were forced to live a life of fear thinking we were losing all that we have so we were forced to file Bankruptcy. This predator as a company are scam artists. I would recommend Fast Business Cash. They are great people and work with you unlike these PREDATORS.
