So very very disappointed in VARC. Thought they were a company that stood behind their product and we were horribly wrong. They didn't listen to our needs and they over sold their capabilities. We foolishly trusted them to handle our software needs and they grossly failed. Once they pushed us through the door, they were gone and never to be found. Reached out to them after the fact, crickets...ghosted. Buyer BEWARE. Don't and I repeat DON'T take your business to these people. You will be left in a lurch once they cash your check. The 5-star ratings they have wouldn't surprise me if they were from employees and family members, not customers.

First I never got to speak with Laura, the lady who's face is advertised on Quickbooks for assistance. She delegates everything. I got an inexperienced limited user of QB. She has limited knowledge and fumbled her way through the conversation. She also smirked when I asked certain questions. An insecure and inept person is who I got for the cost of an actual experienced person, whom I thought I was getting and paying for. A lot of go-betweens in this firm.

I would avoid if possible. Others may have had a positive experience, but mine has not been.

Have spent a solid two weeks fixing mistakes this company made. I honestly feel bad for the people who spent all that time prepping the data for them, only for it to be incorrectly input/not used.

VARC Solutions did not share all of the charges that they would charge me. I had charges show up on my bank account that were not agreed to nor discussed. Even when I called or wrote to complain there rude office person jumped on the defense and was rude. Their customer service was horrible. There are many places that offer there Quickbook services and accounting. Pick a different one as this company will charge you for services that are not justified.
