Does not care about clients, does not return calls. Had to show up about an issue they could have helped me with and was turned away with no advice or hope for help. Had to select a star but they should be a zero, do not rely on them if your realtor picks them, get rid of the realtor also, they're all shady scamers...

I could not be happier with the professionalism, knowledge and timeliness of Mrs. Cara Smith at Vallone Law as well as the firm in general.
In February 2023, the firm handled a closing for my fiance and myself and things went as smooth as could be.
Now, I have 2 difficult and intricate (to say the least) landlord-tenant disputes, and Mrs. Smith has been more than helpful with her legal knowledge and expertise.
Being a landlord, I've dealt with quite a few other attorneys and firms. I can unequivocally say that I am so impressed so far that I will be using Vallone Law and hopefully Mrs. Cara Smith for all my legal needs for years to come.
The biggest impression made so far is the timeliness of the responses I have received from emails and calls; extremely impressed at how quickly Mrs. Smith responds.
I highly recommend Vallone Law and Mrs. Cara Smith for your legal needs.

Let me save everyone the trouble of calling this practice. $1200 total for an uncontested eviction. I gave 1 star because the general secretary answered the phone. They lost 4 stars because of the outrageous cost $250/hr and poor communication. Dont waste your time on calling this place.

Amazing! We used the Vallone Law Firm for the purchase of our new first home. We had Eric and Clare who were both AMAZING! Clare constantly kept us in the loop through the entire process and Eric was great to work with as well! They are laid back, knowledgeable and great to work with and very efficient! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a firm that leaves you stress free during a detailed process, especially home buying !

Stay away from this firm. It is a complete rip off. The secretary also is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She makes you feel like you are burdening her by making her do her job. The attorney will tell you that he will fight for your case and make it seem like he will do everything in his power to help you until you sign that contract and he takes your money. After that he barely remembers the facts of your case. He forgot important facts during court. He convinces you to go the easy way out so he can collect a bigger paycheck. His payment is supposed to include going to trial but if you choose not to go to trial he does not refund you or allow you to appeal under the same payment. When I had to inform him of facts that he missed and asked him to appeal he refused, even though he barely touched the retainer check that he asked for. Do not go here. Very disappointed.

We used Vallone Law for our house closing - both buying and selling. Clare, who is a paralegal at the firm, was absolutely amazing to work with! She responded promptly to all questions via e-mail or calls - even when e-mailed at 11PM, she'd reply within minutes. The entire process went smooth and the team was very efficient as far as having all docs and paperwork prepared for us. I highly recommend this firm and will be using again for our Living Will and other legal items.

The Vallone Law Firm is the most integral part of our Real Estate purchases and sales. The Vallone Law firm has successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions and has also helped us with litigation and other branches of law. Their office and their team is extremely organized, detail orientated, friendly, and fast. I've never worked with another law firm that keeps the lines of communication open and keeps you in the loop with email and phone call status updates the way the Vallone Law Firm does. There are not enough stars to show just how pleased we are with Eric & Rachel in particular. They're phenomenal!
