Tim from UMS delivered exactly as promised. Their team did a full audit for all of our locations at no cost out of pocket and provided us with a detailed 29-page report of our usage and potential savings. Although we were already on the best rates, their professionalism, level of detail in the audit and follow through on their commitments led me to fully recommend them to my other business partners who have now also signed up multiple locations with UMS. And all of this with no financial commitment from us up front unless they were able to realize actual savings and even then, their commission is based on the savings realized. They charge you the $5 fee at check out then run another $5 fee through your bank afterwards then refuse to send you a receipt. Take screen shots of every step of your transaction then check your bank statements fir the next 2 weeks
