They are not here to help small businesses. First of all, why would they put their office in the worst possible, inconvenient location. Secondly, why wouldn’t they update their google profile to warn people they are basically on a no-work schedule so that people do not waste their time going there?! Thirdly l, why post a phone number that goes unanswered?

I have been trying to get pandemic assistance for almost 2 years, and keep getting the runaround from the SBA. I've provided everything required, taxes, forms, banking information, loss of income, everything required I have submitted almost immediately. This system is failing, and I'm about to lose everything I have because of it. Someone that cares in the US government should know just how bad this organization is.

Be forewarned: the physical location of 312 N. SPRING STREET is CLOSED and unoccupied and has been for the last two years. The SBA.gov website has not been updated to reflect this information.

I have been calling this location 26 times and still counting as I'm writing this review. It's absolutely frustrating when I'm trying to get answers while the SBA have thrown me around and nobody at this place bothers to pick up!!!
