I was scheduled to meet with one of the counselors' to talk about my business plan and how SBDC could help me grow my business. The person I spoke with did not read my business plan before our meeting and only gave very general information that I had already received from attend some of their online classes. He just said that they could not provide help for my type of business. The call lasted less than 10 minutes. I don't understand why I was referred in the first place. I did send feedback to the person who sent the referral and the counselor and no one has replied. I still say try them out to see if they can help you establish your business. The online classes are very helpful but the personnel at the office are a different story. Good Luck. ( Previous rating was 1 star)

I decided to call and leave a message about my experience. I am glad I did. Someone is going to reach out to me and give me some assistance. Hopefully the situation I experienced was a one of type.
