Horrible experience in Storey Park. have been paying club dues while the amenities have been out of service for over 7 months with no timeline in sight for when it will be available again. I also have not had nice experiences with the staff that sits at the clubhouse that work under True club management. They are judgmental & rude.

One star is too many. True Club took over management of our Clubhouse. They cannot take online payments, then they said they could, but that didn't work correctly so now they stopped admittance to our clubhouse for owners and guests who had direct payment. They sent note to each short term rental in the neighborhood, which does not have mailboxes so no one received the letter. Please read reviews before you switch to this company who is now causing negative reviews due to its incompetence. Who made this decision? And Lennary went along with denying everyone access. Truly a sad day with our clubhouse could care less about the owners. They are your bread and butter.

Unfortunately, I own one in Kissimmee.
TOTAL DISASTER,
1. If you call for help, they won’t respond.
2. You leave voicemail for help. Good LUCK.
3. They will stop your Club for claiming they did not receive the check.
4. No formal email communication or phone call before they block your club access and you will find out from YOUR GUEST.
5. If you email them, Good LUCK again. There will be no definite time frame for response and conveniently they will reply you on Sunday.

I have had the pleasure to visit the Storey Lake property. Bronson Club waterpark/amenity has some amazing staff who were very attentive and knowledgeable of the property. The pools were heated/cooled, and just overall was an perfect temp to swim in. The music made you groove and the food/drinks were fantastic and very affordable. Overall I highly recommend and would absolutely return to Bronson Club in the near future.

We’ve been trying to contact this company for the past few days leaving voicemails and emails. The fact that no one has even responded about how we can pay for our HOA fees is ridiculous.

We live in Storey Lake community and they recently switched over to this hoa manager. Service is beyond horrible due to lack of communication.our guests are being pushed out and not able to go in the community pool. Someone needs to file a complaint. I wouldn’t be surprised someone at Lennar got kickbacks because of this arrangement.

My interactions with the Trueclub team have been nothing less than amazing. The onsite staff and management does a fabulous job in keeping our clubs running smoothly as well as keeping the guests happy.

Major screw ups. They can't maintain a high end club, and can't manage their books. They should be out of business.
