Ordered some pretzels to go and my cheese had been prepared 4 days prior, right on the cusp of going rancid. For $14 can I at least get something fresh?

We arrived about 5 minutes after noon. There was a sign that said "Please Wait To Be Seated", but apparently that was not the case.
We had one waitress bring us water within a minute of sitting down. About 10 minutes later, another waitress took our order.
We ordered the shareable onion rings, asking they be brought with lunch. They were brought to put table about 20 minutes later. Then we finally got our soft drinks. The Mr. Pibb looked watered down, and really had no taste.
The onion rings were actually delicious. So I was looking forward to the meal.
We ordered the bison burger (I was surprised when she asked if I wanted it pink or gray (I said pink, medium rare)), the brisket and sausage.
About 5 minutes to 1pm, another waitress brought our order. Then our waitress stopped by a couple of minutes later wondering how we got our meal and if it was correct (no, the A1 Steak Sauce was not brought).
The bison burger was overcooked, tough making it difficult to eat. The fries and sweet potato waffle fries were fantastic. The sausage was pretty good.
It was unfortunate - waiting 50 minutes for an overcooked burger. The restaurant was not that busy - maybe six tables, some had 5 people, others 2.
The restaurant / bar itself was comfortable. The doors were open, allowing for fresh air and a few flies.

I would have given this five stars all around, but for one thing. I noticed that the bill amount was different than the amount that they put on the digital pad for me to pay. When I inquired about it, they mentioned that they started (about a month ago) to add the fees for using credit cards and that the price on the bill was only the cash price. This extra charge came to about 4%. From what I understand, these fees have always been around (that credit cards charge vendors). Why are they now passing it along to the customer? Especially not even putting it as a line item on the bill. I did not think that was legal. After a quick Google search, it's not illegal in all states. Nor is it illegal to leave it off the bill in all states. But you should be aware. In either case, it's bad practice and smacks of desperation.

When this place opened, it was amazing!! Best burger going! Something has changed. The meat in the burger is not the same. It tastes old… Drinks are not much better. Really disappointed. I love the atmosphere but just can’t do the food.

So the 303 beef burger and the buffalo shrimp were delicious. Food was a tad bit cold, as were the fries. Fries were good though. I asked for extra crispy and hot and they didn't come that way, so that's why I gave 4 stars. The sauces were delicious and the service great. But I could easily turn this into 5 stars on my next visit. Will be back.

Friends suggested we meet here for dinner last night, and it was a great suggestion. I had the black bean burger - and was so excited to see that it's house made and not just some frozen blah burger. My husband had the chicken sandwich and said it was great as well. The champagne onion rings were light and not greasy. Also, the large patio was such a nice way to enjoy the evening. We'll definitely be back.

I do not understand a restaurant that runs out of one of their most popular beers. After this establishment, we were told that the beer Crank Yanker would NEVER be brought back. After a few months, much to my surprise, I learned that they indeed did bring it back. Just stopped in for a cold one and some dinner and the server tells us that they are out of that beer. If you are going to something on your menu, you need to make sure it's available and in stock. Since the establishment changed, hands, quality burgers has diminished dramatically, to the point where we don't even order them anymore. Used to serve steak burgers sirloin, and it's just your basic hamburger patty- no steak flavor at all!!! The quality of the burgers and the quality of the beer is what attracted us every time and now getting my favorite beer, crank anchor is always a challenge, and the burgers are not good anymore, unfortunately. Servers are always very nice and we like the atmosphere and the fact that it's very close to home.

Listen, the burger was great. The happy hour was okay. But I had to leave a review simply to say, charging .99c for a slice of tomato is ridiculous. I just went to Sonic and they charged .10c for a slice of tomato. This is a charge you seriously need to ask yourselves if it is truly necessary or if it might leave someone with a negative (literally) bad taste upon paying for my food. I know it's not much, but it certainly is the principle of the matter.
