I typically don't often write reviews, but wanted to share a bit about my experience working with Traci over the past couple of years. Despite a few bumps in the road due to unexpected health issues, Traci got the job done! I was unexpectedly violated for a few things on my house. It was a long road, but we were able to deal with the violations in court and take the appropriate steps to get my house up to code with the necessary permits and CO's, including a variance. It would have been a nightmare to navigate on my own and it really helped that Traci was able to complete the paperwork for me and keep me posted on next steps. I definitely had a TON of questions along the way, and Traci answered them for me while balancing a lot of other stuff, which I appreciated at the end of the day. I would recommend her to assist with Town of Brookhaven red tape. It was definitely a process and I recommend for anyone dealing with similar issues to keep the lines of communication open, but hiring an expeditor was the best decision. Good luck!
