Total Network Solutions has been providing my organization with Managed IT Services for over 5 years. I have used several other companies and have worked with many IT staff internally and I must say, TNS is not your typical IT vendor. They have become our IT solutions partner. We have worked with James Bunnell and his staff at TNS for almost a decade. That statement alone should say volumes. As technology changes so fast, contracted vendors tend to come and go almost as fast. But TNS has been a consistent valued partner over the years.

As our organization has evolved during the years to institute new programs, plus a couple upgrades our infrastructure to enhance both security and capabilities, TNS has been instrumental in successfully navigating us thorough the obstacles and challenges. TNS has helped us evaluate new programs, vendors and bids; then facilitated the coordination the implementation of the various projects - always with our best interest in mind.

Prior to TNS I worked with other IT consultants, including in-house experts. Too often my experience with them was , "you can't do that." I have seldom heard that in the last ten years. As a professional IT consulting organization, TNS asks the intelligent questions of where we want to go and why, then they would provide various options to help us get there.
