To respond to your laughable response- Hold yourself accountable, this response shows you trying to shift blame. You're the issue - you and your team have been non-responsive to my questions about how much my actual HOA fees are, harassed me about a false deck deadline during a roofing project, my question about mailbox key going missing, and on top of all this- LINDA, you can't even respond to my lawyer after months of you/ Ruth harassing me in a mailbox I don't even have access to now and haven't had access to since January ! 🙂

Unprofessional company who promotes and encourages harassment and discrimination practices by their HOA members. Doesn't respond to questions or requests from residents based on dues owed and work orders needed that should be paid by them not the resident. A huge concern with this company is their lack of concern for resident safety. Just yesterday an HOA members friend felt like she could walk into my garage when I was around the block and trespass in private property in which the garage has direct entry into my condo. The stalking, harassment and targeting is unreal. I would highly recommend reading all of the negative reviews on here as I am confident in their accuracy of experience with this management company. Hopefully in 2025 Linda and her company will engage in more ethical practices and put residents safety as a top priority as the world isn't like it use to be. I hope they start worrying about the right things and put their energy into matters like safety and the grass around our units that is covered in dog poop 24/7 and residents using their lawn as a storage unit. They keep increasing HOA dues but can't budget properly which results in residents paying a portion for new roof which is exterior and should be covered by HOA, constantly ignores genuine questions in hopes you mess up a payment so they can hit you with a late fee or fine , target residents they know have money for fines that are null and have no merit but just a quick money grab / authoritative and control tactic. Lastly, my favorite is when they made residents power wash their decks and made it due a week before roofers came out to do a roofing project which in return just damaged and made deck very dirty. They really need to look at the year we are in and evolve accordingly instead of thinking life is back in the 1980s. Some other concerning actions include but aren't limited to HOA president standing in my drive way and trying to block me from leaving with my car after i said to get off my driveway and her response was "you don't own the driveway you co own it" .. harassing me / watching me and making comments about where i choose to walk instead of walking around the block in our neighborhood. I also recall when i first moved in here HOA had a "block party" on their driveway and insisted I stopped by. a resident across the street drove by and went into his garage and shut his door ... Ruth thought she was entitled into walking up his driveway and knocking on his garage screaming "you're invited to our block party you should come" when clearly he had 0 desire to come or be bothered. There is a huge sense of entitlement and lack of residents proper privacy rights.

In response to the owners reply- I've had a family member and friend reach out on my behalf via phone to your department and your staff (Hassan) was just as rude to her as he was in his email responses in the past. I retained an attorney originally due to your lack of responses. To be very clear, I have an Issue with your management company not responding to simple questions such as the last 4 emails I have sent over in the last two weeks asking about quantity of cameras as there's still no answer given. Seems as if you will only respond if a review is left instead of responding to a simple email with questions- Should your team just respond to a residents email, then reviews wouldn't need to be left! I encourage you and your attorney to take a look at all the negative reviews complaining about your company, Linda.

uneducated clowns working in this office. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner, unable to read or understand questions / concerns and are disorganized. This company is a complete joke. When you finally get a response their response is irrelevant and has nothing to do with what you initially emailed them

Our association with TH has gotten better and better through the years we have had them advising our COA. Our Property Manager, Kriston Detmer, does her best to respond to co-owner concerns in a timely manner and advise our BOD to the best of her ability. As a past board member, and my husband current president of our BOD, Kriston is very accommodating and aids in the COA functioning smoothly.

I have had nothing but issues with this so called management company. All of my complaints get responses but no solutions. I have asked over a dozen time to provide me with the list of the board members and to be notified of meetings and to this day, 4 yrs later, I have yet to receive a letter or invite to the meetings and have no idea who "The Board" is.
The lawn company they hired with my money is a joke. They do not pick up trash or branches. I have piles of branches behind my unit that have been there since spring. They just cut the grass around them. I am considering hiring my own company to do the work. I will send them the bill for the assessment.
They have charged me late fees and will not consider reversing them. They (Jennifer in accounting) states that she sent me several late letters and I did not respond. I was in communication with my contact there who is supposed to be the property manager (Jackie) and her assistant (Bree) who obviously do not communicate with each other.
I have spoken to several management companies who have heard nothing but complaints about this company.
I know my review will cause me more issues with this company as they are very on the defensive, but at this point they cant do any worse to me than they have already done..
I am sure they are hoping my terminal brain disease takes me sooner than later so they don't have to deal with me anymore.
Oh, and the positive reviews, give me a break, most of them are worded the same. It is obvious these are fake reviews.
And to whoever is going to respond to this review, respond to me and assist me, not your google rating. Your responses to other reviews are extremely defensive, rude and unprofessional.

This "management company" is as outdated as majority of the bylaws ! You can count on them to be non responsive and unhelpful but finding ways to increase fees any chance they can get

This company employees are not professional at all! Instead of helping me with a problem, I was spent like topp. I do not recommend this company for anything!

An umbrella blocked a storage drain flooding my new basement, and I got no results from this company. They simply could have said we're looking into the matter.

We have dealt with this company for 5 years. Their communication with homeowners only exists when their representative wants to cause trouble between co-owner and Board or visa versa. They do bare minimum as a management company to support co-owners.
