Firstly Mark, our driver made our excursions in North Wales very enjoyable. He drove safely and got us everywhere on time! Don't know how he managed those tight bends with a 55 seat coach!
Secondly, we inadvertently left a coat on the coach when we got off in Harrogate! Jamie in the office replied very quickly to my email enquiry and found it over the weekend! We had it back within 4 or 5 days and they paid for a recorded delivery too! Thank you all so much! You went that extra mile!

Absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Tom, who makes my rail replacement journey so much better than expected! When I found out my usual train was replaced with a bus, I honestly wasn’t thrilled—but Tom completely turned that around.

From the moment I boarded, Tom was friendly, professional, and really welcoming. You could tell he genuinely cared about making the trip as smooth and pleasant as possible. He greeted everyone with a smile, gave clear info to boarding passengers and even added in some helpful reminders about stops. It made the whole experience so much more comfortable, especially for people like me who were unfamiliar with the bus route.

What stood out most was Tom’s driving. He was cautious and steady, handling the route with such ease. Even through some tricky turns and the usual traffic, he kept everything running on time and made sure everyone felt safe. You could feel he had complete control, which is so reassuring when you’re on an unfamiliar journey.

Tom went above and beyond by keeping the atmosphere upbeat, chatting with passengers who had questions and even sharing a few laughs. His positive energy really set the tone for the trip—it felt more like a small community than just a bus full of strangers.

So grateful for Tom’s incredible service; he’s a real asset to the team. If I ever end up on a rail replacement again, I’ll be hoping he’s my driver! Huge thanks, Tom, for turning what could’ve been a hassle into such a pleasant and memorable experience.

Had a trip to cleethorpes today. Trains were cancelled due to emergency services at cleethorpes. Had to get rail replacement (RR) had a lovely ride out on this coach. Driver (Tom) was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Tom.

We went to Isle of Wight with TJs travel and the driver was exceptional...what a brilliant driver Stuart was..and very cheerful and helpful. His wife Teresa was lovely as well helping with things. Checking we were all back on board after each stop and asking us if we were all warm/cool enough on the coach. What a great couple and they made our holiday all the more better. Thank you Stuart and Teresa.. and TJs Travel for having such great people on your coaches. Highly recommended.
