I'm sure if you're just looking to buy this company is fine. Larry Alvarez is a sweetheart, and more than helpful. But if you're looking to rent, don't bother. The property manager is a bully who likes to throw their weight around, and they will try to wring money out of you every chance they get. Don't bother unless you like living under the threat of raised rent constantly, double standards, and unfulfilled promises to do things.
