This past October, we needed a survey done as quickly as possible for our new beach house. We called several survey companies and each of them said it would be January before they could get it done. Tidewater said they could do it in 6 weeks, so we went with them. I overnighted them a check and started the clock on the day they received our payment. They communicated with us throughout the process, and sure enough, exactly 6 weeks later, the survey was done and delivered to us, including the CAD file which was sent within minutes of when we requested it. Nice to see this level of timeliness! Nice job, Tidewater!

Waste of time - I called them for 2 weeks waiting to get a call back. First, they left a message with someone to call me. Then I called back a week later to be told that person has been on vacation for a week but would be back, so I left another message. Called a few days later and was told they would put a message on their desk and I left voicemail. 2 weeks later, haven't received 1 call. The deadline for my submission has passed now and I will have to wait another month. THANKS!
