I regret to say that my experience with Thrive has been highly disappointing. Despite entering into a contract for services, the company has repeatedly failed to meet its obligations, and it has been nearly impossible to get the issues resolved.
We have faced continuous delays and poor communication, with our service requests often going unaddressed for long periods of time. Specifically, service issues, e.g., "the scanners were never properly set up, and the backup internet system has been non-functional since installation"]. Even after numerous attempts to follow up — both verbally and in writing — there has been no meaningful action taken to resolve these problems. The service has been extremely slow, and it is clear the company does not prioritize customer support.
In short, I cannot recommend Thrive to anyone seeking reliable and timely service. If you're considering working with them, be prepared for frustration, delays, and poor customer service.
