Racist and unprofessional. Does not like Black people. I walked in to inquire about a vacant rental that was for rent on a 3rd party website and was treated very unfairly. As an educator I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I’m glad I didn’t waste my time or money renting from here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING. If you’re black they will certainly look down on you and act like you do not exist when you walk into their establishment.

Unprofessional and Liars. All of a sudden denied my application because I accidently gave the wrong contact info, I did call and correct with Abby but they said it was a red flag. I have great credit, more than the income and perfect renter history. Such a shame.

Very picky about who they will and will not rent to. I find this incredibly insulting seeing as how majority of the people that are living in the units are running the place down and disturbing and walking around like some kids that need a belt whipping. But a regular family with decent income is turned away. Hmm.

Thompson Properties located in Phenix City, Alabama is by far one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever worked with it. Brad the rude wanna be middle manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lucky we were on the phone and not in person. I later called back and spoke with Michelle who came with a much nicer facad however, she was full of lies. Michelle instead of saying they couldn't assist instead gave me the run around for weeks asking for more and more additional information only to default on her word in the end! I highly recommend not using this business.

I make about 2,000 every two weeks but I was denied and I have good credit so I don't know why I was denied. This was after he bought the apartments I was living in and kicked everyone out after saying he was gonna renovate them THEY ARE LIARS and pick and choose who they want to move in don't waste your time.
