We contacted the office about doing a closing on some land that we knew they had closed on before so we thought it would be easier. Turns out, it was perfect. Shawn and his team made the whole process so smooth and we know that because the seller of the property was having some difficulties that were personal and Shawn and his team made them and us feel comfortable and at ease as we went through the whole process. I paid the initial fee of 300$ to consult with one of the lawyers. I was told that he was going to find some information out regarding some possible real estate legal action. I called the front desk 3 times in the course of a month and they always said they’d call me back when they figured out where the documents I needed were, but they never did. What was supposed to take 300$ and a week ended up being 600$+ and took a month
