What an awesome place to ship a box. They print labels to put on the box. The United States post office in Porterville ca couldn't do that simple task

It's much better than going to the post office in our area. The UPS store has never given me a hassel and always answers my questions without making me feel bad. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly...unlike the post office.

I have to print 20 pages from my email. I have my three (3) yo and my one (1) yo with me sleeping in the car. I called the store and Chris was so kind to do this service over the phone and print all pages, giving me the information where to send them and printing them all for me wild I was in the car with my kids sleeping.

As a mother having many things to do and having my kids w me. Most of times is complicated and finding someone like Chris to make our job easier, it is awesome and I am appreciated for doing it.

Thank you Chris. UPS should be glad having you as their employer.

I have been going to this place for years and the reason I am giving it a one star is for a really stupid interaction I still can't believe occured.

I had a package that weighed around 42.5 lbs and pretty bulky. However, much, much heavier packages are mailed and shipped every day so, this seemed light by comparison. I asked an employee to assist me in getting it out of my car. Well, when they got there, they took one look at it and told me "oh, we can't ship that; it's too heavy!" I almost thought they were kidding until I realized they were dead serious. I laughed and told them you can indeed ship this; it weighs no more than a TV. They flat out refused to not only NOT ship it, but to even take it out of my car to examine it more thoroughly. They even had the nerve to tell me that it wouldn't fit on their UPS trucks, either. I was then directed to try USPS (I knew they wouldn't) or a local mailbox service.

I figured I would have the same experience with FedEx, but they took it no problem. I guess the employees at this UPS Store forgot that they SHIP PACKAGES FOR A LIVING. Absolutely ridiculous.

Charged me $6.57 to print 4 pages in black and white, ridiculous. $5 email fee is overpriced to the max, they used to charge $2.00 not so long ago for 20 pages and no $5 printing free. Save some money and go to Porterville Copy Center instead, would have been $1 with them.
