Not a marketing agency, but more like an MLM scheme. Promoted as a bunch of different jobs and in different areas of the metro on LinkedIn/Indeed, but it's all the same sales job selling AT&T packages and only located in OP. I went in for a second interview and just upon entering the lobby everything felt off. I sat and waited almost 20 minutes before someone even came up to greet me.
The office was gross, needed to be vacuumed and dusted super bad. Blasting loud music at 8:30 AM and nobody seemed to be doing any work, just standing around shouting over the music talking to each other about the Grammys. I get the morning was just starting/just chatting, but it was all in the open for anyone to walk in and hear, interviewee or client-wise. Overall very unprofessional.
