Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I used this firm for over two years only to find from a new accountant that my books were never worked on so they charged me every month and did absolutely nothing. I am now taking this to legal. And to make matters worse, Jeneane would rather argue with me than actually do her work.

Never pay up front for services yet to be rendered: a lesson I knew but chose to forgo anyways.

The team demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism, with subpar written communication and numerous filing errors that could have compromised my business’s legal and financial standing. Despite raising these issues, there was little improvement, leading me to mistrust their expertise and diligence. After reviewing IRS requirements that were clear as day on IRS website, yet missing from my form I requested a refund, which was never issued.

Ms. Jannaka and Mr. Sanchez both have been very patient with me including responding to all my calls and emails in a timely manner. UPDATE: I had a conversation with Ms. Bre, the owner, and we are working on a resolution to move forward. The biggest takeaway from this call was that CPA services may take 3-6 months to complete the entire onboarding process. I was not aware of this and had the wrong expectation. Knowing this, I am willing to move forward and develop a business relationship. I appreciate the effort to look into my issues and to even make changes to her business based on feedback.

I tried to give this company a chance, but ultimately I am very dissatisfied. We paid upfront costs and monthly costs for payroll and never received any payroll services. It was never even set up properly. I ended up setting up QB on my own. I requested a refund…crickets.

Our taxes were filed months later after submitting the information which was due in part to communication misfires. Their system is not very efficient in notifying the client of required approvals. No one bothered to call and follow up until I asked questions. There is still an issue with the filing to this very day. I am hoping it can be resolved.

Overall, I tried to be patient because I know the pandemic was hard on many small business owners. However, it is not fair to be charged the market rate for these types of services and barely get what you pay for.

Jannaka and Sanchez have been a great service to me and I been satisfied with their help for the last year! As a recent college graduate and moving down to Orlando just a year ago, I was having issues filing for myself because of my mother therefore I couldn't get my stimulus checks on time but with the help of them they were professional and very response to what I needed to get done. I was able to get everything solved from the many questions I had, definitely will be going through their services for years to come!

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t for the life of me figure out how they’re still in business. Can’t get them on the phone unless you choose the option of a new client, we paid for their monthly service to keep quickbooks organized for our business which was never done, and paid for them to file our taxes for 2021. Found out today through the IRS that our taxes were never filed. I would like to say that I’m shocked but after everything this company has put us through I’m not surprised at all.
