Damion helped me to develop a study plan where I was able to see improvements in my knowledge every week. He taught me how to think and how to read questions in a way I never did before. This way of learning helped me so much and I’m happy to say I passed the NCLEX first time. I trained and worked in the UK as an RN and Damion helped me to obtain my RN license in Canada. I’m so grateful to him and really enjoyed his program. If you want a tutor who is professional and approachable and also someone you can have a laugh with, I 100% recommend Damion!

After a long time being out of school, looking through so many review programs and courses I finally came across The Nurse Speak. I had no idea what to do after such a long time being out of school I decided to go with this course. The best decision I made, after just a few sessions with Damion he brought my confidence in answering questions the highest it’s ever been. After each lesson everything just started to make more sense. He was such a big help in learning the best ways to come across questions, he taught me how to implement different testing strategies to get higher scores. My focus was always on content. This is where Damion came along and switched my focus into test taking strategies,and learning different ways of thinking to do better on questions. He was such a big help. Highly recommend for those who have been out of nursing school for a while! He is a great mentor and was there at all times when I had questions.

what an experience I had with Damion. I spent 3 months with him and now I'm a RN. Damion is kind, patient, and a man of his word. His program is design for you to be successful, of course you also have to be dedicated and willing to put the work in because he'll hold you accountable. Trust me when I say if ones struggling to pass their NCLEX Damion is the perfect guy to help you get there. If you feel defeated Damion words of encouragement and support will boost your confidence. A perfect 10/10! book your appointment you wouldn't regret it.

Such a great experience working with Damion and The Nurse Speak. He really helped me to understand the format of the questions and what the NCLEX was really asking, he helped me to build the self confidence I needed to pass and become a successful registered nurse. He has so much patience and he really goes above and beyond for those he works with. Definitely recommend for anyone who just feels lost with studying and needs some direction and reassurance that they are on the right path. 5+ stars! Whether you are taking the NCLEX the first time or are a multi-repeat test taker, look no further, Damion will help you pass! He explains the approaches to understand NCLEX questions in a clear and straight forward manner – no matter your learning style. Meeting with him virtually is easy and he provides ample time to work through problems or issues you are having. Between virtual sessions, I emailed him multiple times and he emailed back with detailed responses less than 24 hours later. The best thing about Damion is that he is your cheerleader, your support system, your bright light in the dark and dreary NCLEX world. He genuinely cares about each of his clients and is invested in their success. I highly recommend Damion to anyone – wherever you are on your journey to passing NCLEX – he will get you there!

Damion is an absolute GODSEND. He was without a doubt my ticket to passing the NCLEX and I cannot thank him enough. After failing the first time and repeatedly scoring low on my practice tests I was outrageously discouraged and about to give up on a nursing career I had already dedicated so much time, energy, and money to. I couldn't recommend Damion more highly if I tried!! He is the best tutor & mentor I could've ever dreamed of. I know a lot of the other reviews for this program are probably going to talk about the academic portion, but Damion was so much more than a tutor to me. They not only helped in terms of test strategies, but with my self confidence as well; after an initial unsuccessful NCLEX attempt, I was in a completely different place mentally prior to starting Damion's program. I honestly didn't think I had it in me to cross the finish line & get where I wanted to be. Thanks to Damion & his incredible program, I have more confidence in myself & my abilities. I took the NCLEX 4 times. I did Uworld, Archer, Kaplan, Mark K, Simple Nursing and more. None of these resources were doing the trick and I felt lost because I didn't think a tutor would be able to help more than those resources. Boy was I wrong!! Damion and his program (thenursespeak) helped me PASS the NCLEX! I thought going into Damion's program that I knew how to understand what the questions were asking for because I did the Kaplan decision tree method etc. Again, I was surprised by Damion and his program and how it helped me understand the questions and was able to increase my scores on Uworld. Damion gave great 1on1 sessions to breakdown each style of question and explain the reasoning. He has great years of experience and an amazing personality! I'm so glad that I found Damion because I would still be trying to pass the NCLEX! I give you 5+++++++++ Stars!
