Ace and the team at the Mortgage Advisory took great care of me and got my refi closed when no one else could! We hit multiple roadblocks, along the way but they didn’t give up. Even when I was ready to and figured it just couldn’t be done, they kept me encouraged and promised to do everything in their power to get me to the finish line. We closed on Saturday and I am one happy customer! Extra shout out to the processor, Kymmi. She was very professional and friendly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. There is so many good things to say about Ace. About his professionalism with his business and his character as a man, husband and father. Ace helped me with my mortgage and closed my loan in 10 days. He made the process very easy for me. His underwriter called for minimal documentation which made this process very easy for me to do while working full time with a family.
