Worst professional experience I've had with a business. I attended 2 Seminars last year, one in Dallas and one in Vegas. At the time I had just entered the real estate industry and was looking for guidance to grow my business. At each seminar they make you wear a ribbon that shows that you have not yet signed up for coaching. Each day at the event I was HOUNDED by multiple coaches with the same question "why haven't you signed up for coaching yet?" It was high pressure each day. At the end of the seminar in Vegas I felt inspired by seeing the other agents' success so I signed up for a year of coaching. It was the worst $15,000 that I didn't have, that I invested in my business. To make a long story short I had an awful connection and experience with my 1st coach, then months later by the time I got to my 2nd coach I had an awful taste in my mouth about the company, & it didn't go much better. I emailed mike's wife about the issues I had been having twice. Her response to the 1st email was that I should switch to a new coach, which I did. She did not respond to my 2nd email.

I think Mike is a good man, his mindset is elite, and his success is inspiring, & he was beyond kind and gracious to me helping me attend both of the seminars, I am grateful to him for that. But I believe their system is flawed for how they coach new agents, & I would 100% not refer any new agent to sign up for their coaching.

I sold real estate for 18 years. I was in coaching for more than 10 years. MFO coaching gave me the skills to make enough money to retire when I was 62 . His practical systems give you the road map. I had several different coaches during my time with MF . All were great. His events were packed with information. He preaches discipline, logic, systems, and running your business like a business not a hobby. Its not easy. However every dollar I spent was so worth it. At the events you meet people and get exposed to ideas. He's a huge proponent of reading inspirational books and getting out of your comfort zone.
