The entire staff of Medicare Coach have been extremely helpful and informative. Starting Medicare is a complicated task and they have lead me down a path to complete everything as needed. They delivered what they promised and were very flexible with scheduling and rescheduling due to I did not receive my Medicare number until the last minute, not Medicare Coach issue, SSA office had the issue. I did my own research and I came up with the same outcome of the best supplemental plans and part D plans. Also I agree with their reasons why it was important for me to choose original Medicare based on my health history. The sign up took less than 30 mins when it was time to implement supplemental and Part D. Melissa was very knowledgeable. Looking forward to continue with them reviewing part D each year.

First, you should probably know that I've been using "The Medicare Coach" since 2016. Their expertise and professionalism has never wavered, and (just as important) their kindness has remained steady since that time. The "coaches" have always answered my questions as quickly as possible, willing to take the time to search out the answers that they couldn't immediately respond to. The Medicare Coach helped me set up my initial accounts, and since that time, I've relied upon their knowledge and resources to help me each year for my drug plans. They have helped me save money (nearly) every year, and in the years that I needed to change plans - The Medicare Coach was incredibly helpful in walking me through that process. Also, throughout the year I've been able to engage with them during their educational Zoom meetings for their clients and I've learned so much! More than that interaction, these Zoom meetings have prepared me for changes that are coming and given options ahead of time that allows for an opportunity to consider and choose what is right for me as an individual.
