They manage my bldg since it was sold about 2 years ago and we still have Zero clue who the actual owners are up to now. All I know is we got some guy coming around a couple days later telling us they want all current tenants out because they want to upgrade and renovate the units blah blah blah and want to pay us pennies to leave. It was messy. Evidently since we are still here, it seems to me we are being kinda penalized cause there is zero maintenance being done around the property, grass!weeds just growing taller everyday, I had to send Several emails before someone finally came to treat the rat/roaches problem going on here. The chain link fence is dilapidated and broken down only one tenant moved out, an elderly couple who have lived here for over 30 years. They fixed up the unit and doubled the rent of course. Why should we have to call or email requesting maintenance or pay for someone to come take care of it? That is their job isn't it😔😔

I was looking for a two bedroom in the Southbay and since my initial contact, Kingston has been great. Everything was done online and move in was a breeze. There were a few items that needed to be repaired and Alex made sure that they were completed to my satisfaction.

Horrible communication. Our apartment was not ready to be moved into, which was three weeks after signing the lease (plenty of time to make the fixes). Would not recommend signing a lease with them.
