I retained Karen as a forensic accountant to help me through a very difficult, high conflict divorce that has just recently been finalized. She was a lifesaver for me! Working with Karen Kaseno was not a good experience. I hired her as a forensic accountant for a divorce. She was retained for 3 years and was paid well in to 5 figures. Every few months she stated she needed more money to continue, which of course, I obliged because this information was essential for trial. It was the main reason she was hired. When it was time to give her report to use for legal issues and court, she refused. She said she reviewed everything but was not willing to put a report in writing, not for any amount of money (?!!?). It was just weeks before the deadline to pro due the documents for the court date. Because of this, I had to cancel the court date, which had been on the calendar for 8 months. She would not return my calls and refused to engage. I am not sure what type of scam she is running but it was a devastating blow for me. That was in the Fall of 2016 and to this day, I have no clue as to why an accountant would conduct business in such a manner. An investigation has been opened with the State.
