The one in the burgundy hoodie is rude af. Attitude for no reason. I called prior to coming to confirm time that they allow for urine screening and she had attitude even on the phone. Once I came in she was just rude like not sure if she’s having a bad day but I doubt this is just a random occurrence.

My girlfriend came here for a Drug Test Screening , let me tell you how HOT ! It is in this Place No ventilation coming in the Waiting Area. They have Windows that are not even open for at least to have some air coming in , this is a clinic where people come to check themselves and there’s germs trapped in the waiting area but no windows are open.
Also the receptionist the lady at the front desk is Rude she needs a raise , or have to be fired , she NEEDS SOMETHING BECAUSEEEE she’s rude

To begin with let me start by saying that the IMA Group collects your tax money to help them decline you of your own? Does that make sense? That's the answer to the problem according to the State and Federal Government, as well as the IMA Group. I have Epilepsy. I spent 3 hours at the IMA group. I wasted 2 and half hours waiting. I spoke to 1 nurse, and 2 doctors for a total of 30 minutes. My neurologist wouldn't be able to help if that's how they conducted business. The IMA staff is laughing stock while it's owners are out putting your tax money in their own pockets. It's very evident if you take your time looking into it. Just look up the procurement and/or contacting officer and get in touch with them. Their phone numbers are readily available. They can be found when you lookup State and/or Federal Governement contracting, specially for the IMA Group. Have a nice day, Mark Weinberger... CEO of the IMA Group and it's top "Officials"

The Dept of Health will be investigating this filthy, disgusting, and disgraceful organization. It is unfortunate that a government contracted "healthcare facility" can pose such clear health hazards and risks to the public. Disabled members of the community are forced to endure rude staff, incompetent clinicians and "Evaluations" that last less than 20 minutes. This government funded organization MUST be closed!

The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated at the Bohemia NY office was disgusting. Whoever awards these government contracts out needs to seriously look at the way this place handles its clients.

Worst service I had experienced, this place is like a 3rd world country facility, the bathroom is awful, the staff is not helpful and they are definite not organized. I was there for a required new-employee drug testing, after I had already being waiting for a while they told me that the system is down so they can’t do any testing. They could have taken the sample and enter it in their system when it came back!! But instead they wanted to be lazy and drown in a cup of water.

I had an appointment at 8am and 9am l was the first person their they had to unlock the door to let me in sat in their 9:42am still waiting to be seen.Other clients going in and out while I'm waiting to be seen is it a black thing Is that service
