Let me tell you about my amazing job coach. Her name is Sarah W. and she might be the greatest person I have ever met.

First time we met was at testing for vocational rehab in Brooksville. From the start, she had a great attitude, amazing energy and made the testing very enjoyable. I was sad that at the end I might never see her again.

I got my results in a few days and was assigned to Sarah as my job coach. I was thrilled. However while I was in vocational rehab my contact began shooting down the jobs I was interested in (Hyatt) and told me to stick to what I know which is retail. I really wanted something new and different. Sarah heard that I was disappointed and said why not give the job you really want a shot. We applied and I was accepted. The only issue was it didn’t begin as quick as I needed. Sarah got it approved to keep the job I wanted if I worked a job vocational rehab wanted until Hyatt job was ready.
When the Hyatt job took a lot longer than we hoped we began looking elsewhere. I stumbled across a job that was being built in area but wouldn’t open until Feb 2025.
Sarah kept sending me jobs to fill the void until I was working full time at new business. She has talked me off cliffs when I just wanted to give up waiting and work a meaningless job for remainder of my life.

I am happy to report that I did my training for new job in Wesley chapel and now working in the store getting it ready for public can see in Feb.

Sarah isn’t just a job coach but also a life coach. She listens when things are wonky and finds a solution. She has been an advocate when vocational rehab was being difficult. She has gone way above and beyond what I ever expected.
I have even sent her messages while she is on vacation and she was very kind to answer questions and set appointment for us to talk when she got back. That’s rare to find someone care about you when they are away from the office.
Sarah is amazing at her job and a huge asset to the grow group. Please make sure she is recognized for her hard work and dedication to her clients. She is a true angel for her clients.

We are writing this review to the Grow Group because of Sarah! Sarah has been our daughter Melissa job coach on and off for about 2 years now! To say that Sarah is incredible, great, awesome, the best, etc., cuts it short, any of these words would be an understatement to describe her! Sarah always takes time to answer our questions or any concerns that we may have no matter how busy she may be! Our family has been blessed beyond measure with her. She was a great help to Melissa while she was working at Outback's. Lastly, she helped our daughter obtain an internship that led to a new job that she absolutely loves!!! She's truly a blessing to our family and has become like family to us! This is not a job for Sarah, is what she loves to do and is truly a calling! The Grow Group should consider it a blessing and an asset to have Sarah as part of their team!

Vocational Rehabilitation recommended the Grow Group to me (last name is just a coincidence I promise). I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Wilson who made the entire process such a breeze. She built a quick rapport with me, and kept my wants and needs at the forefront of our job searching.
