Well today is the 24th Xmas eve I'm informed there is no check coming today in the mail from Equitable! My family Xmas as been completely jacked up thanks to Equitable beware of the fantasy suits and snake skin shoes. I wouldn't call them scammers but definitely Liars! When it comes to withdrawals I would give them a 0 stars if I could. 👎👎👎👎

Been waiting 6 Days for withdrawal to be mailed to 25miles away! Couldn't pick it up or have direct deposit Holiday Blues! Waiting what a joke! It's in the mail 😂😂 well today I called customer service today got Justin Anderson. I explained to him what my issues was he kindly listened to me. He was very professional he looked up my info. And apologized for my treatment in told me the truth the check wasn't mailed to the 19th he was everything you want in a company representative he was HONEST and I thanked him for listening to the predicament I was in waiting on this check he was very supportive. I called Adam to have my contact withdrawal on the 16th he informed me this would be a simple process immediately sent me the withdrawal electronically paper work for me to sign with in 10m minutes it was over he confirmed me I was all set. I asked if I could pick up the check or have it deposited in my account. He said that would take longer going that route. Ok so it's as to be mailed. mind you it's the 16th so I was confident it would arrive Thursday or Friday. Friday comes no check. I immediately left him a message when can expect the check asking if it would arrive before Xmas. He didn't respond in a timely manner so I texted is cell phone. He answered sounding angry I ask him when can I expect the check. He replied once is enough emailing him in the check is in the mail. I would encourage anyone that deals with them don't go for it's a simple process. I should of been more aggressive pressing him. Now my holidays are indearay because of Adam not being honest!!!! Justin Anderson is a Rock star at customer service give that man a Raise! 🙏

I work with Dan McAuliffe and his team. He is innovative with how he reduces risk and has far lower costs than the others I spoke to before moving my portfolio. I would highly reccomend working with Dan McAuliffe and his team at Equitable Advisors. Lastly if communication is important to you they have a proactive seevice model, I am constantly getting unprovoked updates!

I can’t say enough good about Equitable Advisors , maybe those who didn’t fare so well didn’t listen to your financial advisors advice. My advisor explains what I don’t understand, makes me aware of all the options I have and has been nothing short of amazing. If I need to withdraw money, there is never an issue and the money is there within a few days. I expect my investments to fluctuate and my advisor makes it so I don’t panic. I’m in for the long hall.

Please head my warning on this place. Completely unethical business practice. I “invested” in a life insurance/investment policy that paid the financial advisor 80% commission of my $1,000 monthly payments. I was completely taken advantage of, and scammed out of thousands of dollars that I was hoping to invest in my future. Seeking legal action to see if I can get anything back, but conveniently the account I was set up with eats itself until there is nothing left. Please please please avoid at all costs. I caught it soon enough, but if I hadn’t it would have completely ruined my life.

I had an poor experience with Stephanie Ruffo of the Syracuse branch(life insurance) today. We’ve had a tough time due to a death in the family and are trying to adjust our coverage. Stephanie contradicted herself on our call, and I was met with a hostile tone when I asked for clarity. After 6 minutes, Stephanie seemed too frustrated to help and told us we should just use the 800 number instead. Given the nature of the business, you’d expect employees in this industry to handle themselves with more professionalism and tact.

Boy what a bunch of scammers. They're more interested in getting a quick fast commissions yourlong-term investment growth.. they put me in a bunch of mutual funds then I left. We were just trying to get me to move my large retirement portfolio never once gave me a heads up

My advisor left a month after I started working with him and they never assigned anyone to my account. I have been calling trying to initiate a transfer to a different company, and they can’t be bothered to return a voicemail. Unprofessional company.
