Sonya Lapar was wonderful to work with in helping my husband and I purchase our first home! She was an excellent communicator and knowledgeable about the whole process. I met Lori Garden when she was the agent for a property I purchased in the Lakes Region. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The housing market was quite discouraging for us at first. We were just an average family looking for a home in our town, that was now full of million dollar houses. Ellis Webber of the DOW group did an amazing job on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new condo. Martha Trepanier has been amazing. Because our circumstances changed several times, and because we had the luxury of time for this purchase, it took many years before we purchased a home. Martha was very patient and kind throughout the process; adapting to our changing needs. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the area (many towns), things to look for, and the entire process. She was always professional and there was never a time when we had to wait for a response. We tried to let her off the hook (feeling that we were bad clients) after a couple of years, but she wouldn't have it and greeted us with enthusiasm whenever we met. I feel like we're old friends ☺️. Now that we have finally found the right place, Martha went above and beyond, many times without us even having to ask. We were so grateful for everything she did for us during a remote sale & for the peace of mind having someone we trusted managing everything for us.
