I was disappointed. A friend referred me there, I had 2 tax years that needed to be done, and they charge $140 on one, and $175 on the other. I Knew I wasn’t going to get a refund, because of my dependent status, which I couldn’t change, because my job HR services, changed their website, but what I ended up paying them for doing my taxes was astronomical. $326. in addition to what I have to pay the government. Also, When you pay with a credit card, you’re also charged additional $11 dollars. Nope! Won’t be returning there. This widow, can’t afford what they charge. Geez! You would think, they would had at least charge me $140 for each tax year, but nope, they charge me, an additional $35 on the year before taxes.
I don’t recommend. My friend had to pay over $30,000 in back taxes with these scammers. They quote one price, then charge you a different price afterwards. They should be investigated. I think they work hand in hand with the IRS, for incentives. Beware!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS AT THIS POINT. My husband and I filled our taxes and business taxes. Paid more then $300 dollars for absolutely NOTHING, on top of what I had to pay the IRS. Now we keep receiving letters from the IRS saying we still owe the whole balance plus the penalties.. It has been months of trying to get in contact with “kim” the lady never answers or her secretary says she is not available. My Husband went in person and they do not open the door and act as if the business is closed.. What a shame. DO NOT do any business with these scammers!

BEWARE: you get what you pay for. Used the ‘Agency’ for my tax returns 2 years (not sure why I didn’t learn my lesson the first year) and both years I had an unexplained huge hike in money owed. They also put in the wrong account number and I had to pay thousands in penalties to the irs. They were unapologetic and did not take any responsibility for their mistakes. They farm you in and out, click buttons thru a basic form for everyone and don’t carefully review important information and/or input it incorrectly. They also disappear the day after tax day so if you have mistakes with your return filed, as we did, they are not available to fix. What a horrible experience.

They’re very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable there in they help me more than any other tax company has ever helped me and they actually take the time out to explain things to you and not just rush you through everything just to get you out of there and the customer service is great I wanted to thank the agency for doing my taxes for the last 10 years I would recommend anybody to go there!!!!
